To obtain detailed knowledge in order to organize and realize the flow of goods, data and control in and between enterprises; to plan and control operational business processes.

During their studies, students write several theses in industry. This course is a preparation to realize them successfully: Criteria of scientific work, writing the final report, research resources at ETH etc. Using case studies, content of other lectures is discussed with regard to the special challenges during theses: Systems Engineering, project management, presentation technique.
