Abstract
This course provides a foundation in the key concepts, techniques, and tools essential for effective construction project management (PM).
Objective
The goal is that by the end of this course, students should have an overview of the various project management knowledge areas, the role of a project manager, and the various tools relevant to project management. The course is supported by several external lecturers from the construction industry and project examples.

The main content of the course is summarized in the following topics: - Introduction to project management - Stakeholders and project structures - Resource management - Project scheduling - Project estimating and budgeting - Risk management - Project contracting and controlling - Lean and IPD - BIM and data management - Industrialized construction - Interpersonal skills and leadership
