Abstract

In the last thirty years, world politics have increasingly been institutionalised and formalised. The objective of the course is twofold: a) to become aware that legalisation may take different forms and may take place at different locations and b) to become familiar with different theoretical approaches and conceptual lenses describing explaining the move to law in international affairs.
